David was born in Frankfurt, Germany and grew up on various military bases until his family settled in Harford County, Maryland when he was 13. He still lives in Harford County and is active in the community there. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Towson University in Towson, Maryland in 1992. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland in 1997 and passed the bar that same year. After working for a small firm in Baltimore for three years and then as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Maryland at the Department of Housing and Community Development for seven years, he opened his own office in Baltimore in October of 2008. David is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
David has over 15 years experience with real estate law. His legal experience includes handling simple and complex residential and commercial transactions, examining land titles, handling bankruptcy issues, collections, consumer law, criminal and traffic, loan document drafting, contracts, lemon law, loan modifications and much more. |
